Role: Insurance Solutions Consultant reporting to the Customer Service Manager. You will provide high-quality customer service and administration for group insurance policy clients, manage policy lifecycle tasks (installations, annual reviews and terminations) within service standards, validate membership data against policy terms, maintain and update policy schedules and records in systems such as Life3, Salesforce and IBM Content Manager, and handle account reconciliations, invoicing and premium follow-ups.
You'll supply accurate member and policy information for claims, underwriting and continuation requests; perform peer checks for eligibility; analyse trends for externally administered plans; and ensure full compliance with regulations and internal procedures. Strong relationship management with advisers in your portfolio and attention to detail are key to success.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service and administration for group insurance policy clients.

Qualifications
* Experience with data validation and reconciliation with the ability to perform trend analysis.
* Excellent relationship management skills with advisers and internal stakeholders.
* Strong communication, responsiveness, and a client-focused mindset servicing group insurance policy clients.
* Good time management and prioritisation skills.
* Problem-solving and initiative, proactive issue identification, solution development, and process enhancement.
