We're expanding our Merchandise Planning team - join us in this fixed-term, immediate start opportunity.
We're looking for a skilled Merchandise Planner to help drive the performance of our fitness and wellness product range. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business, and play a key role in ensuring our customers can access the products they love.
You'll collaborate with our Buying, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and Finance teams to support planning, reporting and insights that help the business deliver great outcomes.
What you'll do:
* Develop sales forecasts and planning by category, SKU, channel and season
* Manage inventory plans, stock availability and recommend markdown or clearance actions
* Assist with range planning and SKU decisions to meet customer demand
* Produce reports and insights to help the business monitor performance and translate data into actionable insights
* Support promotional planning and analyse volume and margin impacts
What you'll need:
* Experience:3+ years' experience in Merchandise Planning or Demand Planning. Experience managing multiple product lines is desirable.
* Study:Commerce, Business or Supply Chain-related qualification (ideal, but not essential)
* Skills:Strong commercial and numerical capability, strong understanding of retail KPIs
* Commercial Mindset:You are commercially and outcome-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment
* Tech Savvy:Advanced Excel and Google Suite essential and ERP or planning systems experience desirable.
* Passion:An interest in fitness and wellness is a big plus! But a passion for products, inventory & delivering great customer experiences is key.
* Team Player:You will be a team player & bring an enthusiastic attitude to work each day - helping to build strong relationships & positive atmosphere for our team.
