Locksmith Training Program
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our locksmith team as an apprentice.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Domestic and commercial repair, service and installation of locks and safes.
* Design and supply of Restricted Master Key Systems (including high security areas).
* Automotive key cutting and transponder programming.
* Safe sales, installation, repairs, gain entry, and restoration services.
* Security screen sales and installation.
* Electronic security solutions (alarm systems, electric locks, etc.).
* Gain entry techniques (lock picking).
* Key duplication services.
The successful applicant will work under experienced locksmiths, with the intention of becoming an independent mobile locksmith upon completion of the training program.
Our company provides vehicle and tools to the successful applicant, along with ongoing support and training.
Requirements:
* Physical Demands: Ability to lift 20kg and travel extensively throughout Toowoomba and the Darling Downs region.
* Education: Must have a good understanding of mathematics and be able to read and write English fluently.
* Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
