3. Coordinate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and hiring decisions in a timely manner.
Data Management:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
2. Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
3. Generate reports and insights to support talent acquisition initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
