Esperance Anglican Community School (EACS) is excited to welcome applications for an enthusiastic and dedicated Food Services Manager and/or Assistant to join our team. With the completion of our brand-new Commercial Kitchen and Dining Hall, this is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a fresh chapter in our School's food services.
About the Role
The successful applicant will play a vital role in providing nutritious, high-quality meals to our boarding students, day students and staff in a safe, welcoming environment.
* Food Services Manager: This role involves leading the Food Services team, overseeing menu planning, managing stock and budgets, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
* Food Services Assistant: This role supports the daily operations of the School's food services, assisting with food preparation, service, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality (Manager applicants should demonstrate leadership and supervisory experience).
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Reliability, efficiency, and a positive customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
