We're looking for an IT Support & Network Specialist who thrives on solving technical challenges, loves helping people, and takes pride in keeping systems running seamlessly.You'll be the go-to IT expert, taking ownership of issues from start to finish, ensuring our people have the tools, systems, and support they need to perform at their best.
Your role will include:Providing Level 2&3 IT support and resolving technical issues promptly.Managing IT tickets end-to-end, with clear and timely communication.Handling onboarding/offboarding and managing end-user devices (laptops, desktops, PDAs).
Logging and prioritising incidents in line with SLAs.Building strong vendor relationships and supporting both internal and customer projects.Meeting service standards, quality benchmarks, and personal performance goals.Documenting solutions and keeping our IT Knowledge Base up to date.Managing escalations and providing regular incident updates.Offering onsite support when needed.Investigating business issues and delivering root cause fixes.Keeping procedures and training materials current.At Bentleigh, our team prizes collaboration and engagement by working together in person 5 days a week.

Month Contract What we're looking forWe want someone who's not only technically skilled but also proactive, resourceful, and driven to deliver great customer experiences.
You'll need:2 or more years of practical experience in a fast-paced environment providing Level 2&3 support and network troubleshooting is desirable.Proficiency in network architecture, including LAN/WAN design, wireless systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.Great communication skills.
