Remuneration: $95,981 to $108,257 pa (HEW5) (inclusive of $81,105 to $91,478 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Job Summary
We are seeking a WIL Officer to join Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Engineering. The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Officer supports the Faculty of Engineering's student placement program by coordinating work integrated learning activities and delivering high quality administrative and client service support. Working closely with students, academic staff, and industry partners, the role assists with placement coordination, records management, and stakeholder liaison to ensure positive and well managed learning experiences. Operating within a collaborative, service focused team, the WIL Officer contributes to strong industry relationships and supports the successful delivery of work integrated learning outcomes. The role plays an important part in enhancing student experience, supporting student engagement activities, and continuously improving systems and processes that underpin effective placement experiences.
Qualifications
* Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Demonstrated interpersonal, high-level oral communication and client service skills including the ability to clearly communicate, consult, negotiate and liaise with individuals both internal and external to an organisation in achieving business outcomes.
* Demonstrated high level attention to detail in data entry, document handling, and filing.
* Highly developed organisational skills including the ability to manage time and high volume tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines within the context of competing demands with limited supervision.
* Demonstrated written communication skills including the ability to draft and edit routine correspondence such as letters and emails with a high degree of accuracy.
* Demonstrated digital literacy skills including the ability to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in addition to email, internet and databases.
