We seek a seasoned expert to lead the implementation and support of SAP payroll solutions, with a strong focus on Australian processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as subject matter expert for SAP payroll and guide solution design.
* Lead hands-on configuration, deployment, and support of Employee Central Payroll.
* Conduct client workshops and obtain solution approvals.
* Estimate efforts and take ownership of delivery outcomes.
* Develop business process documentation and functional specifications.
* Conduct implementation and training workshops.
* Lead testing cycles and coordinate integration requirements.
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to payroll competencies.
* Demonstrate expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Requirements include 8–10 years of experience in Australian payroll implementations and support, along with a strong understanding of HCM processes and statutory compliance in Australia.
