The incumbent will provide high-level advice on employee relations and performance management matters, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate ER risks, develop educational resources and programs to uplift capability and reduce ER exposure.
We are looking for a candidate who can lead organisational performance and disciplinary investigations, possess strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide Strategic Advice: Provide high-level advice on employee relations and performance management matters.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate ER risks.
* Develop Educational Resources: Develop educational resources and programs to uplift capability and reduce ER exposure.
Requirements
* Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
* Demonstrated Experience: Demonstrated experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or HR advisory roles.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead organisational performance and disciplinary investigations.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
