Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobilisations Coordinator located in Karratha, WA. The Mobilisations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel and equipment for projects. Daily tasks include managing logistics, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, liaising with clients and project stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. The coordinator will also handle scheduling, transportation arrangements, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and up to date.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Experience in logistics, project coordination, and managing the mobilization and demobilisation of personnel and equipment
* Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality management principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
* Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management, or related field are advantageous
* Previous experience in the mining, infrastructure, construction, or energy sectors is highly desirable
