Home Care Worker

Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to provide essential support services to our ageing community members, enabling them to live independently at home.
The Role:
* Domestic Support Services:
o General housekeeping and making beds.
o Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors.
o Washing, folding and ironing laundry.
o Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
* Personal Care Services:
o Assisting with daily personal care routines.
o Providing mobility and therapy support.
o Offering complex care for clients with high care needs, such as dementia.
o Providing emotional support and companionship.
o Transporting clients to appointments and activities.
You will work in a client's home, building positive relationships and providing support that makes a real difference in their lives. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of others.
Requirements
* A valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle.
* At least 3 months of experience in a similar role.
