We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration, experience in quality, and a passion for aged care. Your clinical skills are second to none, with demonstrated expertise in auditing, compliance, and clinical leadership.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of person-centred care, continuous improvement principles, and the Single Quality Framework.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a temporary fixed-term (12-18 months) Quality, Care and Compliance Advisor. Reporting to the Quality, Care and Compliance Manager, this role focuses on clinical risk and governance, supporting managers of residential and community services.
As a Quality, Care and Compliance Advisor, you will assist with investigation management of complex clinical matters, accreditation preparation, internal audits, action plan development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and at least intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
