Responsibilities
- Processing timesheets
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing invoices
- Processing daily activity sheets / work orders
- Establishing, controlling and maintaining effective filing systems and records
- Data entry
- General administration duties for the workshop team
- Other relevant duties as may be required from time to time
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in administration
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
- Construction Card (white card)
- Intermediate experience in MS Office and Adobe systems
- Experience providing effective administration support to leaders and teams
- Capable of working effectively within established systems and procedures
- Able to input data and maintain accurate records within set timeframes
- Able to produce and maintain documentation with high accuracy
- Knowledge of the civil construction industry (desirable)
