Female Support Workers – Mental Health | Caboolture QLD We are seeking experienced and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers to provide mental health and complex behaviour support to female participants. Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred, recovery-oriented mental health support Support participants with complex behaviours and behaviours of concern Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and individual support plans Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and routines Support community access, appointments, and social participation Monitor wellbeing, manage risk, and follow NDIS practice standards Complete progress notes, incident reports, and documentation Essential Requirements: Certificate III or higher in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services Experience in mental health or psychosocial disability is highly preferred NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check Current First Aid & CPR Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport Strong communication and de-escalation skills At Connecting Families, we believe in genuine care, strong relationships, and quality support.
