**DESCRIPTION**
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Manage the full lifecycle of sales contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and renewing agreements with customers and partners.
+ Collaborate closely with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives and comply with internal policies.
+ Ensure timely and accurate processing of contract documentation to support deal closure and revenue recognition.
+ Identify and mitigate risks in sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, service levels, and liability clauses.
+ Maintain a centralized repository of sales contracts and track key terms, obligations, and renewal dates.
+ Provide guidance and training to sales teams on contract processes, standard terms, and negotiation strategies.
+ Support continuous improvement of contract templates, workflows, and approval processes.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
+ Certifications such as CCCM or CPCM are beneficial
+ Knowledge of contract law and regulations.
+ Experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or building industry.
+ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
+ Solid commercial business acumen and judgment.
