What We're Looking For
We are seeking recruiters who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and take genuine ownership of their pipelines. This is a proactive sourcing role focused on staying ahead of demand, building talent pools before they're needed, and maintaining strong, consistent pipelines.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment
* Experience supporting shutdowns, projects, or contingent labour (highly regarded)
* Strong sourcing capability across advertising, referrals, past workforce and talent searches
* Ability to build and maintain active talent pipelines, not just fill roles as they arise
* Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong accountability for outcomes
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience within crane operations, heavy lift, or similar environments (highly desirable)
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain continuous, ahead-of-demand talent pipelines
* Sourcing and attracting right cohort of candidates: Supervisors, Crane Operators, Riggers, Truck Drivers
* Leverage multiple channels including advertising, referrals, past employees, and targeted searches
* Screen and verify candidates before handover to Admin
* Support medicals & VOC processes
* Ensure a consistent flow of qualified, ready-to-engage talent to support workforce planning
