More About You – Assistant Store Manager
Forming part of the management team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily business operations. You will bring confidence, energy and a passion for customer service, influencing your team to achieve set store goals.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management process
* Visual Merchandising
* Store Administration
* Training & coaching of new team members
* Effectively delegating & managing the team
* Leadership & guidance to the team
* Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing storefront
* Ensuring store environment complies with health and safety regulations
* Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels
* Providing energetic customer service and a proven sales growth mindset
* Providing regular assistance to customers and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
The successful applicants will also have
* Strong leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with both customers and team
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A happy, friendly and energetic personality
* A desire to deliver high quality customer service
* A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successful
