We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader who is passionate about supporting both clients and staff. 
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and inspire a team of Home Support Workers. You will be confident in managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring services are delivered with professionalism and compassion. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
To be successful, you will require;
- Certificate III or a higher-level qualification in aged care or equivalent 
- A current Working with Children Check
