Project sectors include industrial, government, education, health, apartments and more. My client is a looking for a Site Manager to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth. Initial project located just northside of Brisbane, but projects surrounding Brisbane. New build & fit out commercial project experience is A MUST for this opportunity! Ideal traits the successful candidate will have: 5 - 10 years of experience in the role. Diverse commercial project experience. Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others. Your Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.) Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $40m Your Rewards: Attractive salary package $150K - $175K super dependant on experience.
