The Role
As a Full-Time Sales Representative, you will:
* Drive business development
by identifying and converting new sales opportunities across the Pool Builder, Service Technician, and Retail channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships
with customers, consistently delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions.
* Promote our premium product range
—selling high-performance pumps, filters, chlorinators, controllers, heaters, and accessories—helping customers choose total solutions from Waterco and Davey's portfolio.
* Plan and manage sales activities
including call scheduling, account management, and data-driven decision making using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
* Engage with the industry
at exhibitions and trade shows, confidently representing Waterco and Davey and responding to customer enquiries.
About You
We are seeking candidates who offer:
* Experience in sales, customer service, or technical trades (e.g., pool service technician, plumber, mechanic).
* Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for outdoor, hands-on work directly with customers.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
* A results-oriented approach, with strong organisation and attention to detail.
* Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of technical products.
