Key Procurement Role
This is a part-time position in Sydney for a purchasing officer with expertise in chemical backgrounds.
The role involves receiving and processing purchase orders, ensuring accurate entry of vendor, product, quantity, and cost data.
Responsibilities include preparing inbound delivery requests, communicating with logistics providers to authorise receipt of goods, and maintaining accurate records of stock movements through complete processing of receipts, transfers, and damages in transit.
To maintain data integrity and improve efficiency, the successful applicant will review data records and processes regularly.
Key qualifications include:
* Proven experience in purchasing or procurement;
* Detailed organisational skills with strong attention to detail;
* Excellent customer service approach.
The ideal candidate must have SAP experience and be able to work in person on a fixed shift from Monday to Friday.
