Senior Solicitor
We are seeking a Senior Solicitor to join our legal team. As a key member, you will provide expert advice and representation across planning, environmental law, development assessment, regulatory compliance and enforcement.
Key responsibilities include leading legal services for critical planning and environment matters, drafting, advisory support and conducting litigation in the Planning and Environment Court and Court of Appeal.
Additionally, you will assist with local laws and regulatory enforcement proceedings, advise on administrative and public law matters and draft commercial agreements and contracting matters.
