We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Construction Estimator & Project Administrator to support our Architect and broader construction team. This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role suited to someone with strong estimating capability and a solid understanding of construction costing and project processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the Architect with cost estimation, take-offs, and project budgeting
* Preparing and reviewing project estimates, variations, and cost reports
* Raising and processing purchase orders and job cost allocations
* Monitoring project costs to ensure works remain within budget
* Ordering materials and tracking supplier pricing and deliveries
* Coordinating with trades and suppliers to obtain pricing and timelines
* Supporting project administration and documentation as required
About You
* Previous experience in construction estimating or project coordination
* Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, and trade scopes
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Confident communicator with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
* Proficient with estimating software and job management systems
