Working Hours & Location
Monday – Friday (9:00 am – 5:00 pm). Hybrid working available.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive project quotations
- Process and manage sales and purchase orders from start to finish
- Create and verify invoices with a strong eye for detail
- Validate customer purchase orders and ensure alignment with project requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the wider sales team
- Liaise across departments to coordinate pricing, orders, deliveries, and invoicing
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and a solution‑focused mindset
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Schedule material deliveries to meet tight project deadlines
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Prioritize daily tasks to ensure departmental KPIs are consistently met
- Be a valuable member of a high‑performing, supportive team
- Pitch in where needed to help meet team and business goals
- Manage general administrative duties such as credit notes, returns, and invoice queries
- Contribute ideas in meetings and workshops to streamline processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales coordination, order processing, or similar roles
- High‑level administrative accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident in handling sales & purchase orders and generating invoices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Positive, proactive approach to solving problems
- Experience with logistics or transport planning is an advantage
