About This Role
As an IT Administrator, you'll be the go‐to expert for keeping our tech running smoothly. From troubleshooting issues to implementing new solutions, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our people have the tools they need to succeed. This is a hands‐on role where you'll make an impact every day.
What You'll Do
* Be the First Point of Contact: Respond to IT service requests via email, chat, and phone, delivering timely and friendly support.
* Solve Problems & Keep Us Connected: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for PCs, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
* Enable Collaboration: Support Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and remote access solutions like VPN.
* Manage Access & Security: Handle account setups, permissions, and respond to security alerts to keep our systems safe.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Assist with infrastructure projects, maintain IT asset records, and contribute to our knowledge base.
* Train & Empower Users: Create simple training materials and help colleagues get the most out of their tech.
About You
* Post‐secondary qualification in Information Technology (certificate or diploma minimum).
* Recent experience providing IT support in a Windows 10 Enterprise environment.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for problem‐solving.
* Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking basics (VPN, SMB, SMTP).
* Excellent communication skills and a customer‐first mindset – proven ability to deal with all levels and stakeholders.
* Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment and learn new technologies quickly.
