Job Description
The role involves overseeing all site operations to meet service requirements and maintaining a safe working environment.
You will manage all site staff, identify and implement CI improvements, develop and report KPIs to set targets to be achieved, maintain and develop processes that are efficient and quality compliant, and responsible for WHS.
Additionally, you will develop and maintain functional working relationships with various stakeholders, including General Manager, Head of Operations, Head of QA, Commercial Manager, Key Account Managers, and BD Manager.
Requirements
* At least 5 years' experience in wholesaling medicines/poisons with the ability to assess if a client is authorized to purchase medicines/poisons and able to comply with record-keeping requirements;
* Warehouse/inventory experience/Supply Chain and Logistics Management;
* Ability to demonstrate consistent leadership experience;
* Background in ERP environment, experience in WMS, RF technology, and working knowledge of WMS systems;
* Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001 & ISO 13485, and cGMP TGA requirements;
* Knowledge of Drugs, Poisons, and Controlled Substances Regulations;
* Understanding of inventory traceability and document control requirements is essential.
