About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Sydney.
* This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large corporate services client group, driving world-class HR initiatives and supporting business leaders execute their people plans.
* You will be responsible for partnering with various stakeholders, providing exceptional HR support, advice and solutions to ensure an integrated approach to people matters.
* Key responsibilities include building effective working relationships, implementing HR strategies, and providing support across workforce planning; change management; remuneration and benefits; employee onboarding and exiting; investigations; performance management; affirmative action planning; Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing; Engagement Action Plans; and Talent Development Initiatives.
What You'll Need
* A minimum of 6 years' experience in HR, preferably in a matrix-based organisation.
* Proven ER & IR experience, with the ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues and complex HR matters.
* Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and analytical expertise to drive positive outcomes for People initiatives and projects.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level.
* Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
