Store Manager - Yarrawonga at ALDI Stores Australia. Lead store operations and the team to deliver a good different experience for customers, driving sales targets and owning training and development of a close-knit team.
Responsibilities
* Ensure your store runs smoothly, helping to keep customers Australia’s most satisfied.
* Develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members to be their best.
* Keep the store looking top-notch, upholding high standards of safety and cleanliness.
* Manage stock, monitor inventory, and minimise losses.
* Work with your team on registers, fill shelves and merchandise special buys when needed.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and drive ideas that enhance store performance.
* Manage resources effectively, achieving goals without compromising quality.
* Conduct interviews for potential new team members to assist the Area Manager in selecting the right people for your team.
