Elite Car Sound & Auto Electrical is a well established family owned & operated business specialising in the supply & installation of vehicle accessories. We require a member to join our hard working team to assist with Office Administration / Reception duties.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Customer service, greeting customers face to face.
Answering phones, taking messages.
Checking & replying to emails.
Data entry into our workshop program.
Prepare quotes & process customer payments.
Maintain our showroom displays, ordering stock, unpacking & pricing stock
Liaising with suppliers and our internal team & other ad-hoc duties
The successful applicant MUST have:
Professional presentation & phone manner.
Positive & enthusiastic, pro active & strong work ethics.
Punctual & reliable
Take responsibility for the role.
High level of communication (both written and verbal).
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment & work independently .
Strong attention to detail & be organised.
Computer literate (experience with Microsoft Office word, excel & outlook).
Option may be offered to study towards a Certificate II III or IV through a government traineeship if candidate not qualified.
Salary dependant on level of experience & qualifications.
Licence & own vehicle.
Immediate start required, the role will include a probation period.
Working hours will be full-time.
