You will:
* Prepare financial statements and tax returns for SMEs, trusts and partnerships
* Review junior team members' work and provide coaching support
* Liaise directly with clients on accounting and tax queries
* Assist with tax planning and advisory projects
* Contribute commercially minded ideas to improve client outcomes
* Manage workflow with accountability for quality and timeliness

About You:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 2-4+ years of experience in public practice accounting.
* Solid knowledge of accounting standards and Australian tax legislation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage workflows independently.
* Strong communication and client relationship skills, both written and verbal.
* CA/CPA qualifications (completed or currently undertaking) will be highly regarded.
* Candidates must have full working rights in Australia and Australian citizens or currently going through the process of obtaining permanent residency.
