* Prepare policy briefs, discussion papers, and submissions based on factual evidence and research.
* Analyse policy issues, think creatively, and develop solutions to support policy design.
* Coordinate working groups, committees, and stakeholder consultation to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

* You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
* You have experience managing a broad range of stakeholders, including government officials, community groups, and industry representatives.
* You have a strong attention to detail and are able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* You have previous experience in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent knowledge or experience.
