Permanent Full-Time Motel Manager (Onsite)
Eureka Lodge Motel is seeking an onsite, full-time Manager (a couple preferred) to manage and operate a 19-room motel located in a major regional town in Victoria.
Key Requirements
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Working knowledge of reservations software and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Organising, controlling, and supervising the day-to-day operations of the motel
* Overseeing motel facilities and grounds, including security, property maintenance, and coordination with contractors and tradespersons
* Ensuring the property complies with Work Health & Safety (WHS) and fire safety regulations
* Providing guests with superior customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience
* Assessing and reviewing guests' preferences and satisfaction, and responding to guest enquiries, bookings, and online reviews
* Managing marketing and promotional activities through travel websites, the local council, and the Tourist Information Centre

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
