Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, IRD's and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct, it is the first accommodation, meeting and event space to be developed in this precinct.
The group is currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator on a Part-time basis reporting to the Director of Human Resources. This role is suitable for someone who has a genuine interest in Recruitment and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
**You will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment function, which includes but not limited to**:
- Managing the Recruitment Inbox and delivering excellent service to our managers, applicants and new starters.
- Assisting with posting job adverts, organising interviews, keeping recruitment reports up to date, and updating our recruitment database.
- Collating and storing qualifications and documents.
- Answering general recruitment enquiries both internally and externally.
- Ad-hoc administration duties as requested by Director of Human Resources.
