We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team on the Northern Gold Coast.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Property Managers, including:
* Answering and directing incoming calls
* Issuing entry notices
* Data entry into Property Me
* Entries & exits reports
* Leasing
* Working closely with the Property Managers
* Spot checks on portfolios
* Adhoc duties
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Availability to work Saturday and Sunday
* Previous experience in Real Estate/Property Management desired
* Excellent communication skills
* A current Certificate of Registration
* Professional presentation and a can-do attitude
