* Documentation and Compliance: Prepare, proof, and manage listing documentation, sales contracts, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Marketing and Promotion: Coordinate the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, online listings, and open home schedules to effectively promote properties and attract potential buyers.
* Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
* Administrative Support: Provide general office assistance, including filing, data entry, and reporting, to help maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
