Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bella Vista, NSW, for a Sales & Marketing Manager. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure smooth communications with clients and external stakeholders.

* Marketing and Digital Campaign Management expertise, including execution and understanding of market trends.
* Strategic Planning and Analytical Thinking to create and evaluate sales and marketing strategies.
* Strong Communication and Relationship Management skills for fostering client relationships and team collaboration.
* Experience with CRM software and proficiency in analyzing data and generating insights.
* Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and a results-driven mindset.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
