Your Role As our Marketing & Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Big River Group’s marketing and brand activities. Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Construction, you’ll manage campaigns, digital platforms, events, and collateral to strengthen our brand presence and support sales growth. You’ll ensure consistent brand execution across all business units and coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Executing multi-channel campaigns and events to build brand awareness and generate leads. Managing website, digital content, and social media presence. Developing brochures, sales support tools, and customer-facing collateral. Coordinating agencies, sponsorships, and trade events. Ensuring consistent brand application across branches, sites, and operations. Monitoring campaign performance and ROI to drive continuous improvement. What You’ll Need We’re looking for a dynamic marketing professional with: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (essential). 5 years’ marketing experience, including brand and campaign management. Strong digital marketing capability (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Knowledge of Graphic Design tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign is advantageous Experience working with agencies, vendors, and multiple stakeholders. A creative yet commercial mindset, with proven ability to deliver outcomes within budget. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Experience in B2B marketing (ideally manufacturing, building products, or industrial sectors) will be highly regarded.
