Join BaptistCare as our Property Operations Coordinator and play a key role in managing the properties that support our vital community services across South Australia. Working within our Property team, you'll coordinate residential and commercial property operations, oversee lease management, support property projects, and build strong relationships with landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders.

You will also have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in property, facilities, lease administration or contract coordination, ideally within residential and/or commercial environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with landlords, contractors, service providers and internal teams
• Sound understanding of property operations, maintenance processes and compliance requirements (or demonstrated willingness to quickly develop this knowledge)

You're a proactive and organised professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering great service. With experience in property, facilities or lease coordination, you can confidently manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

You will also have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in property operations, facilities management, lease administration or a similar coordination role (ideally 2–3+ years)
• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Property, Facilities Management or a related discipline (desirable)
• Relevant property or real estate licensing (e.g. SA Property & Sales Manager Licence) or willingness to obtain
