About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead the Dessous team. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, team leadership, financial performance, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, people, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team.
* Oversee daily service and ensure smooth, consistent operations.
* Manage rostering, budgets, and financial performance targets.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and Group Operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Drive venue culture through leadership, engagement, and accountability.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
