About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to lead our marketing calendar, campaign planning, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a rolling annual and quarterly plan with aligned marketing initiatives, new partner initiatives, and product deliverables.
* Cascade quarterly plans into monthly initiative delivery, forecasts, and tracking via project management tools.
* Lead weekly member trade meetings, summarizing weekly delivery against forecasts, actionable insights, and performance updates to key stakeholders.
* Facilitate regular member trade planning forums to ensure alignment, integration, and optimization of marketing efforts.
Requirements:
* 7 years' experience in loyalty program or retail trade planning, commercial marketing roles within retail, digital tech, or similar consumer industries.
* Proven leadership in managing marketing calendars, campaign planning, and performance analytics aligned to strategic business goals.
* Experience supporting senior operational roles, understanding budgeting, forecasting, and operational processes.
* Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to convert data into actionable insights.
