The Role:
Routleys Menswear is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our Launceston team in a part-time or casual Sales Consultant role.
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to the store's success through exceptional customer service, strong sales performance, and a commitment to maintaining a professional, stylish presence on the shop floor. You'll work closely with the store manager and fellow team members to deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.
There may also be exciting opportunities for the right candidate to assist with:
* Marketing initiatives
* Modelling for social and promotional content
* E-commerce updates and maintenance
* Stock coordination and distribution
Saturday availability is essential.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Drive towards achieving your daily sales target, personally and as a member of the team.
* Client relationship management.
* Provide assistance, information and advice to walk-in customers
* Answer phone queries.
* Provide after sales service.
* Assist with daily operations relating to opening, closing and overall running of the store.
* Assist with receiving and preparation for sale and display of goods.
* Process sales transactions.
* Fulfillment of e-Com orders.
* Support loss prevention measures.
* Assist in maintaining the general cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
Requirements:
To be considered for the role the successful applicant will tick the following boxes:
* Strong Sales Experience.
* Stylish and Fashionable with a keen eye for detail.
* Appreciation for Luxury Goods.
* Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Possess strong administration and data entry skills.
* Friendly, helpful and engaging personality.
* Willingness to work from up to 35 hours per week.
* Availability to work Saturday is essential.
* Applicants must have permanent work rights in Australia to be eligible for this position.
