EnerMech is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join the team at Lytton Refinery in Brisbane on a full-time role. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Contribute to compliance with all relevant Work Health and Safety legislation & environmental regulations Ensure that the construction project is carried out safely and with minimal environmental impact Participate in incident investigations and make recommendations for corrective actions Conduct safety inductions and in-house training Communicate HSE initiatives in daily pre-start meetings, induction programs, and toolbox meetings Conduct hazard observations, risk assessments & safety audits and inspections Undertake regular internal HSE audits & attend client HSE meetings Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required Liaise with 3rd party quality inspectors, auditors, clients and other stakeholders as applicable Skills and Experience Certificate IV OHS or equivalent 5 years' experience in a HSE role within the industrial construction industry Good understanding of HSE legislation and requirements Good understanding of ISO, AS/NZ and NATA requirements A leader with excellent written and communication skills and ability to motive and influence others If this sounds like you, please apply through the link or directly through our website at www.enermech.com/careers/vacancies.
