Clinical Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical professional to lead our team of clinicians in delivering high-quality services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical assessments, interventions, and care plans, as well as providing leadership and guidance to their team.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes
* Mentor and supervise junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team


About the Role

The Clinical Lead will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that drive improved patient outcomes and satisfaction. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress to stakeholders.

* Requirements:
* Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with current registration and experience working in mental health
* Proven leadership and management skills, including strategic planning and team development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
