DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with Principals and Managers to deliver client value
* Manage complete tax compliance for diverse clients
* Initiate client communication to foster strong relationships
* Analyze client structures and aid in tax advice preparation
* Create financial statements, track KPIs, and develop client goals
* Identify avenues for enhancing client business growth
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
* 2-3 years in professional practice as an Accountant
* Familiarity with current tax legislation and application with partner guidance
* Skilled in managing client portfolios
* Ability to mentor junior/intermediate staff
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrates initiative, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilities
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
* Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
* Proficient in Handisoft, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero and Microsoft Office
* Enthusiastic about developing a fulfilling career
* Passionate about supporting clients in business growth
