Store Operations Manager Opportunity
Lead with creativity and drive change in a retail role. As a Store Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure exceptional customer interactions.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, financial management, team leadership, and service quality. They must be able to inspire, motivate, and manage teams effectively while driving operational growth through innovation and excellence.
Key responsibilities include managing the logistics of high-volume donations, leading a dynamic team of employees, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must also be available to work on some public holidays when needed.

* Proven experience in customer service, financial management, and team leadership

* Strong problem-solving skills to manage change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills along with proficiency in technology and experience with financial and HR management systems
A valid driver's licence is essential. Successful applicants will need to complete a National Police Check and obtain a Working With Vulnerable People card.
