- **Base Salary of $146,197 - $154,260 + 17% superannuation**
**About the opportunity**
As the **Co-Curricular Programs Manager**, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of a wide range of student co-curricular programs across the University. You will lead initiatives that enhance student experience, including mentoring, residential life programs, student leadership training, and university-wide projects that support student engagement, wellbeing, and success.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- lead and oversee student co-curricular programs for different student groups
- support and guide the co-curricular team to deliver programs that align with the university's student support goals
- build partnerships and bring teams together across the university to collaborate on initiatives
- help shape the student life strategy and ensure programs support student wellbeing, career, and academic success
- find opportunities to work with internal and external partners on joint programs
- make decisions and provide advice on complex issues affecting student life
**About you**
- postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field
- significant experience in program management within student services in the higher education, wellbeing or education sector
- proven leadership skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups
- solid problem-solving and decision-making expertise, with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges
- a track record of designing and implementing programs that enhance student engagement, learning, and wellbeing
- excellent communication, organisational, and relationship management skills
