Mid-Market Account Executive | SaaS | High-Growth PropTech

We are hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business and expansion across Queensland for a leading cloud-based platform used by thousands of customers across Australia and New Zealand.
The Role:
* Own the Queensland territory, focused on mid-market customers in a high-growth SaaS environment.
* Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing accounts within your region, with a strong emphasis on hunting and outbound sales.
* Lead consultative sales cycles with business owners and operators, building relationships and delivering value-driven solutions.
* Execute territory plans to build pipeline, win new logos and maximise revenue across a defined customer segment.
* Work autonomously in a remote environment, engaging customers face-to-face and virtually across your territory.
* Sell a growing suite of SaaS products within a company expanding its platform and international footprint.
Responsibilities:
* Generate net-new revenue across mid-market customers within Queensland.
* Build and convert pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and territory development.
* Manage full-cycle sales processes from discovery through to close.
* Expand existing accounts by identifying new opportunities across an evolving product suite.
* Engage multiple stakeholders within small-to-medium businesses, delivering consultative solutions.
* Maintain strong pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
What You'll Bring:
* 3–10+ years of SaaS sales experience in a mid-market environment.
* A proven track record of new business acquisition and pipeline generation.
* A strong hunter mentality with drive, energy, and motivation to exceed targets.
* Experience selling into SMB/mid-market customers (e.g. professional services, agencies, or similar environments).
* Ability to operate autonomously and build a territory from the ground up.
* Strong interpersonal skills – personable, humble, and able to build trust with a broad customer base.
