About The Opportunity As a Leading Hand, you will join a multi-disciplined Civil Works team, performing various maintenance, repair, and construction tasks. Your responsibilities include maintaining a safe working environment, handling manual tasks, working with equipment and utilities, and participating in road and infrastructure projects. You will ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety requirements, operate and maintain machinery, and complete daily paperwork. The Leading Hand will assist the Supervisor in carrying out their duties and include leading a small team to deliver maintenance activities About You Unrestricted Class C Drivers Licence A Class MR Drivers Licence and experience in operation of a Rigid Motor Vehicle up to 15 tonnes GVM Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage team members Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written and utilisation of computer technologies.
