What You'll Do
Lead and motivate site teams to deliver high-quality homes safely, on time and within budgetManage all aspects of the construction process from site start through to handoverEnsure strict compliance with WHS requirements, building codes and company standardsCoordinate trades, suppliers and contractors to maintain build quality and efficiencyMonitor costs, productivity and construction progress to meet business objectivesDrive a strong customer experience through clear communication and professional site management
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
1+ years' experience in a residential construction Site Manager (or similar) role (preferred)Minimum Certificate III in CarpentryStrong leadership capability with the ability to coach, guide and motivate site teamsExcellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple builds while maintaining safety and quality standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, trades and internal stakeholdersA solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering results
