As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to become the right hand to our CEO and help create leverage at the highest level of the business.

About the Role / Key Responsibilities

Our CEO is involved across leadership, clients, business development, people, strategy, and growth. As the business scales, we're looking for a superstar Executive Assistant who can help create space, momentum, and structure around that work. The successful candidate will be a true strategic support partner – someone who can anticipate needs, manage moving pieces, keep priorities on track, and help ensure the CEO is operating at the highest-value level possible.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

* Managing an ever-changing and high-volume CEO calendar
* Coordinating meetings, travel, scheduling and executive logistics
* Preparing briefing notes, agendas, talking points and meeting materials
* Supporting leadership meetings with preparation, follow-ups and action tracking
* Helping manage inbox flow, communication priorities and stakeholder responses
* Creating structure, organisation and efficiency around day-to-day operations for the CEO

Client & Relationship Management

* Supporting client relationship management and touchpoints
* Assisting with pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up
* Maintaining accurate records and activity updates in CRM platform
* Helping ensure opportunities, follow-ups and commitments don't get missed
* Acting as a polished and professional extension of the CEO

Business Development & Operations

* Supporting business development activity, including proactive outreach coordination, relationship follow-ups, pipeline tracking and maintaining momentum across prospective client opportunities
* Assisting with presentations, proposals and stakeholder communicationsIdentifying opportunities to improve workflows, systems and processes
* Experimenting with new tools, technology and AI-enabled ways of working
* Helping bring ideas to life quickly and efficiently

Executive Presence & Culture

* Bringing energy, positivity and calmness into fast-paced environments
* Building strong relationships across the business
* Operating with professionalism, discretion and excellent judgement at all times

About You

The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, confident, highly organised and naturally ten steps ahead. You don't wait to be asked – you spot what needs doing and take ownership. You enjoy variety, thrive under pressure, and love being the person who keeps things moving. You're commercially aware, tech curious, and excited by the idea of supporting a modern female CEO in a modern business.

* Previous experience supporting senior executives or founders
* Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
* Strong communication and relationship-building capability
* High emotional intelligence and professional discretion
* Confidence and composure managing competing priorities in fast-moving environments
* Excellent technology skills and digital literacy
* Curiosity around AI tools, automation and smarter ways of working
* A positive, proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in at anytime

Qualifications

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in an executive assistant or similar role – within the legal industry is a bonus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‐paced environment
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
